Good Quality Vinyl Flooring

Good quality vinyl flooring is a kind of floor decoration material. Its core material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It is made into a multi-layer composite structure through a high-temperature calendering process by scientifically matching calcium carbonate, plasticizer, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials.

High Strength
The core of good quality vinyl flooring is made of stone plastic composite material (SPC) with a density of 2000kg/m³, which is made of 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, calcium carbonate powder and environmentally friendly plasticizer through high-temperature extrusion process. This high-density structure makes the floor compressive strength reach 80MPa. With the Unilin lock system, its bite tension reaches 350N/m². After splicing, it forms a seamless whole and can withstand a long-term uniform load of 200kg/m² without deformation.

Waterproof
The surface layer of good quality vinyl flooring adopts 0.5mm thick PVC color film, which is closely attached to the SPC substrate through high-temperature calendering process, and the waterproof penetration rate is less than 0.05%. The density of IXPE backing material is 32kg/m³, the closed porosity is over 95%, and the water vapor permeability is only 0.03g/m²・24h, which can effectively block ground moisture. Even after continuous use for 5 years in an environment with a relative humidity of 90%, the dimensional change rate is still less than 0.2%.
