Waterproof luxury vinyl plank is a floor decoration material. Its core material is high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. Through scientific proportions, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers and other polymer materials are added, and a multi-layer composite structure is formed through a high-temperature melt extrusion process.

Compression And Wear Resistance
The SPC core layer of waterproof luxury vinyl plank has a Shore hardness of D75, which can withstand static pressure of more than 1500N/㎡, and its compressive strength is 40% higher than that of ordinary floors. The surface UV coating uses 120g/㎡ polyurethane resin, and the wear-resistant revolutions reach 6000 revolutions, which is equivalent to twice that of ordinary laminate floors.

Convenient Installation System
The Unilin lock system of waterproof luxury vinyl plank adopts a 45° bevel mortise and tenon structure. A single splicing takes only 8 seconds, which is 60% more efficient than the traditional lock installation. The floating installation method reduces the flatness requirement of the base layer to 3mm/2m, and with the quick buckle process, the efficiency is 3 times higher than that of traditional glue paving.

Comfort
The IXPE backing material density of waterproof luxury vinyl plank is 32kg/m³, and the rebound rate is 90%, which can effectively buffer the impact of footsteps and reduce walking fatigue by 25%.
