Herringbone Vinyl Plank

Herringbone vinyl plank is a functional floor decoration material made of high-density polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the main material, and is made by adding stabilizers, plasticizers and other additives in a scientific ratio. Its manufacturing process requires high-temperature melt extrusion, mold calendering, cooling and shaping, and surface treatment. The key herringbone pattern is formed in one step during the calendering process through a precision-carved roller mold to ensure clear patterns and form a unique herringbone pattern when spliced.

High Strength And Wear Resistance
herringbone vinyl plank adopts a staggered lock-joint structure, with a bite depth of 3.5 mm between the panels and a lateral tensile strength of 1200N/m², which is 40% higher than that of traditional flat vinyl panels. The surface is covered with a 0.5 mm thick wear-resistant layer, which is made of a special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin mixed with aluminum oxide particles. The Mohs hardness reaches level 3 and can withstand more than 100,000 frictions in daily use.

Waterproof And Moisture-proof
herringbone vinyl plank uses high-density polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the base material, with an internal closed-cell rate of more than 98%, and water molecules cannot penetrate into the base material. At the same time, the edge adopts a double-sealed groove design, which forms a complete waterproof barrier after splicing. After being placed continuously for 72 hours in a humidity environment of 95%, the expansion rate of the board is only 0.15%.

High Temperature Resistance And Deformation Resistance
Heat stabilizers and antioxidants are added to the core layer of herringbone vinyl plank, and the glass transition temperature is increased to 85℃. After continuous exposure to a high temperature environment of 60℃ for 24 hours, the dimensional change rate is less than 0.2%. Compared with ordinary vinyl planks, its high temperature resistance is improved by 30%, which can effectively avoid warping and deformation caused by temperature changes.
