High Quality Vinyl Flooring

High quality vinyl flooring is a kind of floor decoration material. Its core material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It is formed into one piece through a high-temperature calendering process through a scientific ratio of calcium carbonate, plasticizer, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials.

High Strength
The core layer of high quality vinyl flooring is made of SPC material mixed with 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a density of 2000kg/m³, calcium carbonate and stabilizer, and is formed by high temperature and high pressure extrusion process. This high-density structure gives the floor a compressive strength of up to 80MPa, which can withstand a single-point pressure of more than 2000N. Even if it is subjected to the heavy pressure of heavy furniture and equipment for a long time, it is not easy to deform.

Waterproof And Moisture-proof
The SPC core layer made of 100% virgin materials of high quality vinyl flooring has waterproof properties. In addition, the high-performance LED coating and UV coating on the surface form a dense waterproof membrane with a water vapor permeability of only 1/5 of that of ordinary flooring. The bottom IXPE, cork or EVA backing also has moisture-proof function, which can effectively avoid swelling and warping caused by water absorption even in a humid environment.
