Indoor Vinyl Flooring

Indoor vinyl flooring is a floor decoration material with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the main material, usually composed of a multi-layer structure. Its manufacturing process requires raw material mixing, extrusion molding, embossing, coating and other links: first, PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc. are mixed evenly in proportion, extruded into a base material by an extruder, and then different textures such as imitation wood grain and stone grain are embossed by a roller, and finally coated with a wear-resistant layer and an anti-slip layer to improve performance.

Preparation Before Storage
Before storage, make sure that the indoor vinyl flooring is dry and clean to avoid residual stains or moisture on the surface that may cause mold. At the same time, check whether the packaging is complete. If there is any damage, reseal it to prevent damage to the board.

Choose A Suitable Storage Environment
Indoor vinyl flooring should be stored in a cool and ventilated indoor space, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment. The temperature should be controlled at 10℃-30℃ and the humidity should be maintained at 40%-60% to prevent deformation or fading of the board due to drastic changes in temperature and humidity.

Reasonable Stacking Method
Indoor vinyl flooring should be stacked horizontally, and the bottom should be raised by 10-15 cm with flat wooden boards to prevent ground moisture erosion; the stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters, and a gap of 5-10 cm should be left between each stack to ensure air circulation and prevent the board from being compressed and deformed.

Regular Inspection And Maintenance
During storage, check once every two weeks to observe whether there are signs of moisture, deformation or pests. If problems are found, adjust the stacking method or change the storage environment in time to ensure that the floor is always in good condition.
