High Quality Lvt Flooring

High quality lvt flooring is a new type of environmentally friendly flooring with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and calcium carbonate as the main raw materials. Its manufacturing process adopts the "internal mixing + calendering" technology. After the PVC resin powder and plasticizer are mixed in proportion, they are hot-pressed into sheets by a 10,000 horsepower slow mixer and a calender roller, and then formed into a multi-layer structure through assembly and hot pressing.

High Strength
High quality lvt flooring uses SPC material with a density of 2000kg/m³, which is a composite of 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC), calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) and stabilizer as the core layer. Through high temperature and high pressure co-extrusion process, a compact honeycomb molecular structure is formed, with a Mohs hardness of 3.5 and a compressive strength of more than 120MPa, which can effectively resist static loads of more than 200kg/m².

Convenient And Efficient Installation Method
The Unilin lock system adopts a 45° bevel plug-in design. The load-bearing capacity of a single lock is 800N, and the overall tensile strength of the floor after splicing exceeds 1500N/m. Suspended installation does not require glue fixation, and the installation efficiency is 50% higher than that of traditional floors.
