Luxury Vinyl Spc Flooring

Luxury vinyl spc flooring is a floor decoration material, the core material of which is stone-plastic composite material, which is mainly made of natural calcium carbonate powder, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and a small amount of additives in a scientific ratio.

High Strength
The SPC core layer is made of calcium carbonate and polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw materials, and is formed in one piece through high temperature and high pressure extrusion process, with a density of up to 2000kg/m³. This high-density structure makes the floor compressive strength reach more than 60MPa, and can easily bear static pressure of more than 300kg/㎡, and heavy furniture will not be dented or deformed even if placed for a long time.

Wear Resistance

The high-hardness core layer of luxury vinyl spc flooring combined with the surface treatment process makes its wear-resistant revolutions reach more than 6000 revolutions. Even when frequently stepped on or heavy objects are carried, its surface can still remain smooth and clean.

Noise Reduction
Luxury vinyl spc flooring uses 5mm thick IXPE (cross-linked polyethylene) elastic cushioning, which has excellent sound absorption performance. After laying, it can reduce footsteps by 25dB, which is 40% higher than ordinary flooring.
