Engineered Vinyl Plank Flooring

Engineered vinyl plank flooring is a kind of floor decoration material. Its core material is vinyl resin. It is compounded by scientifically proportioning filling materials such as calcium carbonate, adding additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers, and undergoing a high-temperature calendering process.

High Strength
The core layer of engineered vinyl plank flooring uses SPC (Stone Plastic Composite Material) with a density of 2000kg/m³, which is made of 80% high-purity calcium carbonate powder and high-quality thermoplastic polymer materials, and is made by extrusion process at 180℃ high temperature and 15MPa high pressure. This structure has a compressive strength of 80MPa, can withstand static pressure of more than 500kg per square meter, and is not easy to deform and dent when carrying heavy equipment and high-frequency trampling for a long time.

Double Protection And Wear-resistant Coating
The surface of engineered vinyl plank flooring is equipped with high-performance LED coating and UV coating. The LED coating is made of polyurethane (PU) resin material with a hardness of 3H and a wear resistance coefficient of 0.08g/1000r, which can effectively resist scratches from sharp objects; the UV coating is composed of acrylic light-curing materials, which can block more than 99% of ultraviolet rays and prevent the floor from fading and aging.

Waterproof
Engineered vinyl plank flooring consists of a multi-layer waterproof structure consisting of an SPC core layer, a PVC color film and a waterproof backing. The water absorption rate of the SPC material is less than 0.05%, which blocks water penetration from the material level; the PVC color film is seamlessly bonded to the surface through a high-precision rolling process, and is matched with a 0.5mm thick IXPE, cork or EVA waterproof backing to form a fully enclosed waterproof system. After the floor is immersed in water for 48 hours, the thickness expansion rate is less than 0.1%, and it can remain stable in a humid environment to avoid expansion and deformation.
