With the widespread use of SPC stone plastic flooring, more and more users prefer this type of outdoor flooring. However, many projects involve drawing design, unreasonable keel design, and construction difficulties. So how to choose the keel for SPC stone plastic flooring in different ground environments?
Usually, a one square meter SPC stone plastic floor panel requires a 3M long keel, and the edge distance of the keel should not exceed 350mm. There should be sufficient space between the ground and the ground for drainage and ventilation. It is recommended to use double keel at the joint of the floor (if the surface width of the keel exceeds 80mm, double keel cannot be used).
First, hit the concrete pier, and then combine it with the keel for paving; Due to being elevated, the stone plastic keel has strong plasticity. Please do not attempt it here; Aluminum keel can be used here. Stone plastic keel or steel keel can be installed here. When using stone plastic keel, the ground needs to be flat and a hole with a diameter of about 10mm should be drilled along the direction of the keel at a distance of about 1m on the concrete floor. If the flatness is poor, it is recommended to use galvanized keel. The steel keel should be lifted off the ground to ensure air circulation, and the slope of the ground is conducive to drainage.
