The maintenance of SPC flooring requires attention. After installation, be careful not to move it in immediately. Before moving in, wait for one or two days for the floor to stabilize. After moving in, the floor needs to be maintained. If there are metal tools, glass, magnets, or other hard objects, they should be properly stored and not allowed to scratch the floor. Open flames, high-power electric heaters, and acid-base items are not allowed to come into direct contact with the floor, and cannot come into contact to prevent corrosion of the floor materials.
The room needs to be maintained with appropriate humidity and kept dry. During daily cleaning, use a wrung out mop for cleaning. When encountering stubborn stains, wipe with neutral detergent and then dry with a mop. Oil, paint, ink, etc. can be wiped with specialized cleaning oil. Do not use acidic or alkaline organic solvents such as soap and gasoline, and strictly use them.
Pay attention to regular cleaning work. Regularly clean the floor grooves with a vacuum cleaner to prevent the accumulation of sand or friction dust layer from scratching the floor. When moving furniture, the entire furniture is lifted and moved, and cannot be directly pushed or pulled. The floor cannot be soaked in water for a long time. If encountering standing water, please soak it in a dry cloth as soon as possible and let it dry naturally. It should not be exposed to sunlight or dried with electrical appliances.
In order to maintain the brightness and cleanliness of the floor for a long time and extend its service life, it is necessary to wax and maintain it at regular intervals (approximately twice a year). Before waxing, clean the SPC floor and apply a layer of floor wax evenly. You can also wait for it to dry before applying another layer. After slightly drying, wipe with a soft cloth until it is smooth and glossy.
