Rigid Vinyl Plank

Rigid vinyl plank is a high-performance engineering board made of ethylene resin as the main base material, with the addition of stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers and other functional additives in a scientific ratio, and made through high-temperature melt extrusion, calendering and cooling processes.

High Strength
The core of rigid vinyl plank is made of SPC stone-plastic composite core material with a density of 2000kg/m³. Through high temperature and high pressure integrated molding process, a compact honeycomb structure is formed inside the core material, and the compressive strength can reach 80MPa, which is more than 4 times higher than that of traditional wooden flooring. 

Waterproof
The surface of rigid vinyl plank is covered with 0.1mm thick high-performance LED coating through UV light curing process to form a dense waterproof layer with a cross-linking density of 98%; with the PVC color film veneer with a surface tension of only 28mN/m, the contact angle of water molecules reaches 110°, achieving a waterproof barrier rate of 99.9%.

Convenient And Efficient Installation System
Rigid vinyl plank is equipped with Unilin click fifth-generation locking system, which adopts 45° bevel mortise and tenon structure design, with locking force of 350N/50mm, and can achieve seamless splicing without glue. Its floating installation method allows the board to expand and contract freely with the ambient temperature, and the installation efficiency is 60% higher than that of traditional flooring.
