Vinyl wood flooring is a kind of floor material. Its core material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and auxiliary materials such as calcium carbonate and plasticizer are added in a scientific proportion and made through a multi-layer composite process.

Wear-resistant
The surface of vinyl wood flooring is covered with a 0.3-0.7 mm thick wear-resistant layer, which is made of specially treated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, with aluminum oxide or polyurethane coating, and the wear resistance level reaches AC4-AC5, which is more than 30% higher than the wear resistance of ordinary laminate flooring. The wear-resistant layer is tightly combined with the substrate through high-temperature and high-pressure pressing process to form a dense protective layer, which can withstand more than 15,000 revolutions per square meter of friction. Even if used in commercial high-traffic areas, it can ensure no obvious wear for more than 10 years.

Strong Resistance To Compression And Deformation
Vinyl wood flooring adopts a 5-layer composite structure design, which is from top to bottom, including wear-resistant layer, printed film layer, glass fiber layer, high-density PVC substrate layer and backing layer. The middle glass fiber layer has high strength and low shrinkage characteristics, which can effectively inhibit the expansion and contraction deformation of the floor due to temperature and humidity changes, and improve the dimensional stability of the floor by 40%. The density of the high-density PVC substrate layer reaches 1.5-1.8g/cm³, and the compressive strength reaches 18-22MPa, which is 50% higher than that of traditional wood floors. It can effectively disperse the pressure of heavy objects and is not easy to cause dents and deformation when carrying furniture and equipment for a long time.

Waterproof
vinyl wood flooring adopts seamless lock splicing technology, and the edges are hot-melt welded to form a complete waterproof barrier. The high-density PVC material itself has hydrophobic properties, and the water absorption rate is less than 0.1%.
