High Strength And Wear Resistance
The core layer of white oak luxury vinyl plank adopts 2000kg/m³ ultra-high density SPC (stone plastic composite material), which is made of calcium carbonate powder and environmentally friendly PVC resin through high-temperature extrusion process. The intermolecular bonding force reaches 28MPa, and the compressive strength is 40% higher than that of conventional substrates. The double protective layer on the surface adopts UV curing process, and the high-performance LED coating has a hardness of Mohs 3.5 and a wear resistance coefficient of 8000 revolutions, which effectively resists scratches from sharp objects.

Convenient And Efficient Installation System
The Unilin lock system adopts an original 5° bevel double lock tongue structure, which can achieve automatic positioning during splicing, and the error is controlled within ±0.08mm. The floating installation method is combined with the fast bite characteristics of the lock, which is 30% more efficient than the traditional snap-on installation.
